Everest Base Camp Trek Day 1

We started trekking straight after landing at Lukla. The weather is sunny and beautiful but after about 3hrs into the trek, the weather turns cold and it starts snowing..it's bitterly cold and windy, but we make our way up up up...steep stairs and suspension bridges. It's amazing scenery all the way. All supplies, food and equipment need to be carried in by foot.  The people here on the mountain live in harsh conditions.  Porters carry heavy loads on their backs, children and women carry loads as well and I'm feeling bad as my porter is carry by bag of 20kg plus another climber's bag of 15kg And I'm   Battling with the altitude walking through the villages steep stairs and these people are flying by...Ouch
