So my training pretty much looks like this at the moment: EVERY day...only one rest day. I generally do 60 minutes on the stair-master - with ankle weights &/or depending on my day...I also walk 3.5-4.5 on 15% gradient incline on the treadmill with ankle weights, as well as a 10-15kg backpack....sjoe, talk about sweating...I'm like a tap of running water lol....I also alternate with cardio and core training... On weekends I generally do long hikes & rock climbing.
