Safe and sound in Moscow

Just a quick note to let all the families and friends know we are all safe and sound in Moscow. Will update later.....after a whole night and day of traveling we exhausted. Going to freshen up and hit the city. ...lata

A Huge Thanks to my Physiotherapist

So most of you guys know that I injured my knee a few weeks ago while hiking in Magaliesberg. I would like to give a huge shout out to my physiotherapist - Preven Appalsamy
It was painful therapy sessions but my knees are feeling good. I would highly recommend Preven for any sporting injuries. He is situated at the Northcliff NHC on Bauyer Naude.

My POWA

Now we all know how important it is to have your camera, cell phone, gps & other gadgets charged. My little solar charger works like a bomb👍. At least I know that I will be able to charge my gadgets on the mountain! And the amazing part of this solar POWA thingy is that it's so compact....looks like a cell phone. Thks to technology 👌👏

So I like to always do my nails....and going on an expedition is no exception...I decided to go with the Russian Colours.....awesomeness 👍

Courage

I do hope you are remembering lately that those challenges, self-doubts, and insecurities you have, everyone has. And that by design, you are greater than whatever scares you. And that for your ancient, supernatural lineage, you will prevail, triumph, and rise above them, just like you always have.

 

And that those dreams you have are actually peeks at future versions of your life that will all but inevitably be reached, unless you change your mind.

 

And that your friends, known and to be known, chose this lifetime, in part, because you'd be here.
